What you've listed will adequately support it. It's really up to you how much you wish to do beyond those.

Step 1) Make a Thread, Name it Wortley's turbo (VF-34) question thread and keep all questions etc in one place.
Step 2) ................. Step 3) Profit!?

^^^This
Its not just about being anal because you keep making new threads. But if you want genuine replies atleast we can read what other information everyone has already provided and make sure we arn't repeating the same shit, or possibly contradicting some one who knows a shit tonne about this stuff. a generic response, but unless you plan on tuning it yourself... call a couple workshops and get their opinions. As what has taken you 2 weeks to get in information you could have got in 10mins from a place like ASG MMS RaceTorque. etc etc etc

To answer your question a little more (hopefully you have also taken our advice regarding the eleventy billion threads) I went through the same on my car a couple of years ago.
I did: VF-34 04 STI top mount IC Already had a 3inch TBE Stock headers Warlbro fuel pump (I cant remember what the rating was) Stock injectors Apexi Power FC This was the dyno plot from ASG with the above at 17psi with a massively slipping clutch: More gains could be had from aftermarket headers, pod filter/CAI and more boost (which would require an after market boost controller/Solenoid). However 2 years of daily driving with the above set up has kept me pretty happy!

Another comparison
Stock 05 STI with oem engine parts (tmic, injectors, headers), walbro fuel pump, 3" zorst, pod intake, vf34 made 276hp/400Nm at 1.5bars
