Default Minimum Rotor Thickness

Hey, I've got a 2000 WRX (not bug eye) with the standard rotors. Do any of you guys know the minimum thinkness for these? I warped them during last cruise and now have to get them shaved.

Cheers.

As Stace has pointed out, just buy yourself replacement rotors, if u wanna go cheap just get a set of 650's or if u want a bit more 4000's/5000's.

Point taken guys, well in that case can you inform me of some rotors that are good for the standard calipers?

yeah, i have no idea wat that these 4000s 5000s are. Are they a standard for all makes, is there a different model for the backs and most importantly do i need to change my calipers if i go with one of these 4000/5000s?

If the discs once shaved are within legal tolerance there is nothing wrong with using them until they warp again.

Options are the DBA 650 (oem replacement type disc), 4000 series which is still a one piece heavy duty disc or the 5000 series which is a two piece extra heavy duty use disc. Priced accordingly, they are complete bolt in replacement as per your factory discs. No need to replace the calipers.

check out dba website for more info.
