Default 02 wrx engine cut out

Hey guys just wondering did any one else have a this problem I have a 02 wrx impreza and it's started too cut out at low revs when it's just being started it happens sometimes only it could drive fine for ages last time it happened the petrol pump didn't seem too be priming tryed turning the key on and off a few times and then the pump primed again just wondering would it be the control unit for the pump or maybe that keypad alarm thing can't see any fault code on it any help would be appreciated. do you still have the factory alarm system?

i am no expert but i am guessing that is your problem. I did have the same problem a few months ago. I took the brandt out and put a replacement keypad in.

if you wanted try the fuel pump control module i have a spare, i thought mine was playing up & replaced it, turned out to be just a bad earth to the engine (worth checking that too)

Where is the best place too get the alarm removed and a new one fitted

I had mine changed over at Evolution R. Brant keypad removed and Autowatch one installed for $250.
