Clutch Pedal Notchy? MY99 WRX

Hey Guys

I find that when I depress the clutch pedal on my MY99 wrx. It's sometimes a
little notchy. Not always but every now and then. Has anyone experienced this before. Anyone know what might be causing the issue?
