Default Betty Clutch issues

08 narrow body, was driving fine this afternoon, nice slow (in traffic) start at the lights and the clutch pedal didn't want to return to the top.

Thought it was a dead slave but it seems the clutch fork doesn't want to return to the slave. I managed to encourage it back to place and it's working again but seems like it's a little slow to engage.

Are there any known issues with throw-out bearings binding on the input shaft or with the pressure plate that could cause this issue?

Any quick fix solutions apart from going to see Doug n Dave?
