What ECU are you running? Who tuned it? Do you have an Oxygen sensor in your exhaust?

Could be pig rich or dead O2 sensor or oiled up MAF or your right foot..........

You need to post more info for the internet tuners and mechanics to diagnose the issue for you

But generally, the mods you've suggested will result in more fuel being consumed
Mods are more effective if you were to tune to suit

I swapped out my o2 sensor with a genuine replacement. I gained an extra 80k's to a tank. It's a good start!

Is that the correct way of measuring fuel efficiency?

Whoops I forgot to reply to this. I get an average of 500 to 550kms to a full tank of 98 petrol.

Sounds about right. I'm getting around 11L/100km running 10.8 AFR on WOT.
