Default Best AWD tyre rotation pattern

Wondering what is the best tyre rotation pattern for asymmetric treads:

This

or (3rd one in the picture)

or this

Cheers

I thought asymmetric could only move front to rear not side to side.

That's also what I have read regarding them.

The optimal direction is with the top of the tyre moving in the direction of travel. If you are doing it right, there should be a reasonable slip angle between the axis of rotation and direction of motion.

For a directional (asymmetric?) tyre, rotate front to back only. Do not change sides or the tread pattern will run backwards.

p.s. haha bob

That's for directionals

Asymmetrics have no direction of travel and can be used in any position with any rotational direction. The only requirement with asymmetrics is to respect the inside and outside of the tyre, i.e., the side marked as 'outside' should always be facing out.

I use the first one on my ku39. Directional is not same as asymmetrical

I'm thinking of using the 1st or the 3rd one on my asymmetric SP Sports.
The 1st one will probably provide the best wear over time.

p.s lol Bob haha
