Default Feedback on plugs

Hi all,

First time poster, long time reader

I was hoping to gain some feedback on my recently changed plugs for my 2006 STi.

Car has mild mods - AVO450, MRT TBE, TMIC, fuel pump, APS BOV, and runs anywhere between 200 - 220kw at wheels depending on the phase of the moon & the distance between mercury & jupiter

First thing first, welcome!

Im no expert advice on spark plug, but I think its normal?

Not very often to c AVO turbo. 450 should have heaps more potential. Enjoy.

Thanks for the responses guys, much appreciated.

Dyno graphs below, very uninspiring results & yes somewhat laggy - also keep in mind that I do have an issue with compression in one cylinder (down to a constant 90PSI) - You wouldn't know it by driving it through, idles fine and still pulls - just a little laggy.
