Default BC Coilovers- knocking

Hello,

I've finally decided to purchase some coilovers (BC) and installed them my self yesterday. I've only put on about 20 kms on them.

I'm pretty happy with the ride.

Install was fairly easy. I put 4mm of pre load on to the springs (as accurate as I can get) however I'm getting some knocking! Can't work out if it's front or back.

It's worst on the hardest setting but fairly unnoticeable on the softest.

Should I give it time for things to settle?

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
