GD WRX Rear subframe into MY99 ?

Hey Guys,

Can I fit a GD WRX rear subframe into a MY99 wrx? Can anyone explain the pros and cons for doing this? Is there any real benefit. I'm upgrading my gearbox and diff from a MY05 so I'm just wondering if it's worth swapping the lot.
