... sounds like a good package to get. A *ferrari* style active exhaust mmm .. buuuutttwould it work with a rex?? anyone from here tried a spring loaded or vacuum activated exhaust?

Nice find Muggz! The concept has come up recently in discussion but I hadnt looked into it further (because i'm slack).

Now I can chase it up easily, very interested in trying it...hopefully sooner rather than later.

or you can get a greedy i think it is.

They have a flange that is operated from inside the car.

From memory the Gen4 libertys come with an active rear muffler

Time goes fast when life is good. When I was selling them most sales were in the UK. Now Hyperflow is marketing them and I assist. As I stated I have pics of wrx active. If anyone is interested I will send them. With this system 10 db,s quieter epa test. 3 position switch in cabin being 1) full open, 2) self intelligent i.e. runs regulated increased back-pressure until triggered by full throttle and/or rpm if ecu has function all being adjustable. 3) full closed. All drones gone.
