I did, thanks for checking, I was responding to the comment I quoted.
Being in terms of who you speak to, and responsibility of where they should be sent. As there are a lot of resellers who still try the old trick..."contact the manufacturer"
Agree that if the fault is debris and you confess that openly to supplier then the discussion stops there.
If the fuel is at fault then I would be putting in case for liability, although it would take a while to have that sorted.

Purchased from Australian vendor, he referred our conversation to ID who said he doesn't think the injectors are at fault and they would need to be tested at their facility. Vendor was then waiting for any further information from me.

Injectors fixed at workshop. Circa $1k bill for labour and new dyno run.

Possible cause debris or fuel issue. They have seen it before, e85 does present some small issues that don't really come about with 98.

Car is running, major damage avoided. Jack happy. Story ends.

Remove injectors
Service injectors
Replace engine oil and filter
Replace spark plugs
Install injectors
Retune

Cost was pretty much in line with what I was expecting. I normally do most work myself, but haven't touched injectors/plugs.
