Default one way valve on map sensor hose!

hey guys im new to Subaru and I want to get rid of fuel cut, now ive read about a one way valve before the map sensor that fixes the fuel cut issue but I cant find a walkthrough for it and was wondering if anyone has done this before and can walk me through it?? pics would be awesome too

thanks seagull but I was wondering if anyone on here had pics of there one way valves so I could coppy it haha, im 99% sure I kno what to do but I don't want to touch it until im fully confident, car is a 1998 wrx if that helps.

Planing on running 16ish maybe 16.5, as far as I kno that should be ok I've seen a few gc8s running 17.5 without an issue
