Yes, fuel cut is at 18psi.
Depends on the year & ECU.
Seriously?? Or you trolling?

I never troll...... I have seen people runing waste gate pressure.

Just curious why that 3 port left unused there and oem has a 2 port.

I would do a retune with any changes to air /fuel mixture

I am running waste gate pressure. My gauge tells me that I can't get past 9psi figured that ages ago just didn't bother. I now have a pfc purchased from a member on here he had an old 20g running exact mods but boost control made 200hp at 15psi. I have plugged in the ECU and have been driving around everything seems ok according to the fc commander. Showing Max knock 6 at idle Max knock 18 driving normally. I am now wondering should I connect the boost solenoid. will the map on the PFC allow the 3port to make 15psi as per the original tune? Thanks

PS I will be tuning soon but I work too much can't get my schedule to match the tuner
