I got a radiator replacement once and broke an injector only three months afterwards. Where do I send my complaint?

For him to replace the rad would suggest he was having over heating issues way before Blue Star saw the car. You dont just randomly replace a rad. They last forever nearly.

Not necessarily the case. I replaced mine when the top tank split. (Found & replaced before enough coolant leaked to cause overheating)
