Good question. Subaru say 100,000km which is not helpful for short trip cars.
I would change at 8 years even if the odo reading is very low. |

Ill be giving doug a call on monday I also ask blue star since I'm in for a service soon.
Yea I know right Subaru just says 100 000 kms rubber can deteriorate over time especially something like timing belt silly they don't include time. theoretically someone could run engine at idle for 3 years and not have kilometer traveled (extreme exaggeration) but that wont count towards distance traveled. that's why time servicing intervals make sense to me
