Trying to put a speed sensor in for the monit trip computer, but have just realised the 08's don't have a gearbox speed sensor.. Moved to abs... Fark... Hoping the 'setup' is the same..

You ahould be able to pick it up from the ecu as a vss as it still outputs for your cluster . Get a pinout diagram for the ecu . The monit should be able to sense or adjust for different signal speed and types eg square wave , pulse . Just had a quick look and you may have to purchase and fit up this type of sensor mate . Unfortunately They don't seem to support oem signals with out an interface either this Monit Rally Computers - Speed Sensor Interface

I've already got the box sensor and I've heard a rumour they are the same thing... So gonna fit up and see what happens..
