Default Repair or replace semi slicks ?

Hey guys during the SOWA cruise got unlucky coped a screw to the tyre. either slow leak or not leaking at the moment

Can it be patched? being softer compound that see's rac quite often I cant imagine its ideal or is it fine?

Tyres are hankook rs3's if that's any consultation.
