Default Sti Clutch

Looking at different clutch,
what price are you looking at just for the part? (sti clutch)
and also is there anything else out there that will be just as good as the sti clutch but mabey aftermarket an im guessing it would be cheaper?

having my motor rebuilt at the moment so im gona do everything while its out, im sick of the brass button. not driver friendly at times.

cheers

i have the genuine sti upgraded glutch and lightened flywheel.
after reading the specs of it and comparing it to aftermarket brands, the "exedy heavy duty clutch" is the closest match. this is the smallest upgrade you can go but i still found it to be a bitch to get use to it.

Check out Extreme clutches in Adelaide.
I would recommend the cushioned button clutch they have (got it in my car and its awesome).
Cost about 8-900 bucks or so. Get a lightened flywheel as well and it should come up to about 1400-1500 all up delivered to your door.

I had 'Extreme' lightened flywheel on my ride, and it was a crap....

How was it crap?
They dont make a huge difference. So dont expect an extra 30 kw at the wheels or anything, but if you are getting your clutch changed, might as well get it done at the same time if you can afford it.
