99 GC8 Not Starting/Not Cranking.
Hi All, I am new here in an attempt to figure out why I can't crank my engine over.
So far I have Replaced the starter motor as I thought this was the issue. It clicks and the solenoid engages however the bugger wont crank over. All I get is a click from the starter motor. There is power to all electrics. It will start by push start only. Can anyone shed a bit of light as to what might be the issue? Cheers. |

As described, exactly what happens when battery is flat.
There may be enough energy in the battery for lights, but not enough to power the starter motor. Solution- put the battery on charge for 12h, or you may need to replace it. |

Not the battery lads, Found the issue was the 150 Amp fuse that runs between the battery positive and the starter motor had blown. Put a new one in and away she went.
