Seriously though, I still think a set of top quality mufflers is your best chance at happiness.

Not sure on the math but your loss (and fk around) to strip and sell will most likely outweigh the purchase of new mufflers.

Though I assume you are already well down that line of consideration.

Chalk it up to an expensive lesson learnt, get the best/quietest mufflers you can and then forget how much it's cost you

From my previous research Magnaflow mufflers are also very quiet but I can only vouch for TCP.

Hi-tech mufflers are also rather quiet. Well least on the older model subies, not too sure on then later models
