hey all recently i have purchased a relatively new OS Giken clutch plate, pressure plate and fly wheel from a japanese wrecker. The clutch came out of an 05 STI which was totalled. Now my car is a 94 and brett at psi has told me that the clutch wont fit unless i get a "push, pull convertor" so that it will work. I dont really know any thing about cars but i ask you or any mechanics out there who have had experience with this situation if it is possible and more so, if yo happen to have a spare push pull convertor lying around somewhere if so please let me know because my clutch is pretty fukd up :P

05STi is a 6 speed where as your car is a 5 speed.

yes, u do need the push pull converter.

all the new school wrx's have the pull clutch setup.

all manual subarus from MY05 to current use this set up
but you can get the converter / adapter for around $150 from memory

damn a OS GIKEN! thats gonna be quite harsh ey?

if you can do it where can i get the adapter from? if anyone knows? and i have no choice i do work experience with my school at PSI lol

yer ive alredy asked them and its suppost to be cumin in on friday or wateva but they've been holding it off for like 2-3 weeks now so annoying so i was just wondering if some1 else had one or if some 1 knew of any1 with 1 for sale. Jus wana fix it asap my clutch is totalled i got beat by a 5.7.. its depressing =(
