The RCM twist mount kit is exceptionally good. Fitment is superb. I've ran both the older version and newer version and both were better than the kit I currently have on mine.

I would also agree with Bram a proper twistmount GTX30 would outflow a stock position Subaru housed GT30 variant by quite some margin. Although I think with the more modern stuff that margin is becoming smaller.

Adam at Tu speed was saying currently hard to get the rear housing required on the RMC turbo kit

not sure if Drews turbo housing has been sourced yet but was a struggle when I spoke with him last

Ahhh. My brother in law is looking at a Dom 3 XTR for his 2.5L.
Its a bigger version of whst i have (dom 1.5).
Thinking about getting the same one (it flows 550hp)
It should get me 295-305kw at wheels on 98 with my set up.

In the little gc8 that should get me down to around 11.0 - 11.2s at 125-128mph (im already doing consistant 11.7s and one 11.6).
So the dom 3 xtr, with the 2.1 stroker and 272 cams should be plenty fast enough to hose of HSVs and FPVs

I have started another project so if i just spend 3k on the new turbo + tune will have money for this other peoject and still walk away with a low 11 sec gc8 sti

Still have a dom 2.5xtr with 3" inlet and 10cm turbine housing and upgrade actuator if you want. Is exactly the same as a dom3 except has 71mm compressor instead of a 76mm.

I have a Hayabusa engine going into an offroad buggy frame.
Going to build a IFS and IRS for it. For weekends up at the beach....

Also want to buy some decent seats, LED lights and some other gear for it.
AWDmoke, MY00GC8 and mitchwnz like this.
