You will need a 4 jaw to grab the bit that bolts to the arm and indicate it in.

Nah just grab the round bit and work it that way, have lathe in Landsdale if you get stuck.

You need to cut the taper back 10mm as well as knock the shoulder back 10mm. Is there enough meat to grab onto the round bit withput squashong the threads and get in there to do the taper?

There's enough room to work with the right tool and set-up, dimensions aren't <2-4 thou critical either. Looks like you'll need a spacer to account for extra length also...

Would like to know what they come off just as a matter of interest as usually gc=gd arms have same mounting dimensions.

Be at workshop tomorrow pm me your number if you want to give it a go.

Met up with Justin this morning, and he was able to take some meat off the pins.

Car is booked in for Tuesday for attempt 2 at fittings the arms. I'll post an update in the evening.

Thank you for your help today Justin, it really is appreciated!
