Trainwrex how much quicker is your car now with the GT35R... I went in it with the 11 sec setup on ya 2L.... its it hammering much more than that or still not sorted properly?

Wouldnt mind seeing the GT35R at work before i get it!

Change the sump, get some twin scroll headers and a 400L (I think their coming out twin scroll soon).

If cost isnt a huge issue, twin scroll HKS External gate 3037. FUCCKIN CHOP!

We need to swap engine blocks tino..... mines an old warhorse but has shit turbo and engine management running it....yours has all the best bits and a block that probably has clearances bigger than the distance between my pistons and the head when at lowest position.

HKS is probably too pricey for me.... wouldnt want to spend more than about $2000 on the turbo itself, then I'd need an external gate for say $700 ... plus fitting it all.. and then another $700 adjustment of the Jets on my Link Carby.

Thanks for the info so far guys... seems a bigger turbo is the go and I can probably have better response also due to my current one spooling so poorly for its size.

your not wrong there simon.. one day i might be able to fix it.. but looking at EJ207 with cams instead now...

Simon if u want more response then go a GT35R with a 0.62 rear housing u will get better spool then a bigger housing and still get shoved right into ur back.

Twin scroll is a very expensive option pete... i was inquiring for a set of twinscroll headers with a GT40R setup.. looking at just 2500USD for the headers. You have to get the headers matched to the turbo and this includes upipe, otherwise the length stuffs up and there goes the right pulses..

stock sti Twin scroll headers, get them everywhere, actually they wouldnt work with a "Tino size Turbo"..turbo wouldn't even fit in stock possie.

but if 2K is the ballpark, FP Green.
