I think Taka's have fucked up yet again....and are getting things confused.

I've had the Profec B Spec-II in my GTR, and I tell you now its a single solenoid controller. Compared to the Blitz SBC-ID3, the Profec BS2's solenoid is tiny!

ModYourCar

Says that it has a "compact" in line solenoid. I've seen it...its seems to be a single soldenoid unit.

This it the older version, with the dual solenoid.

B Spec II is very good, don't get me wrong. However IMO, the SBC is better

What I don't understand is....why would Greddy have a dual solenoid unit on their old school controller, and ditch it in favour of a single solenoid for the new Spec II? Odd....

I had one on Cressida, small single solenoid.

Blitz for the win.

Nothing wrong with either a single or dual solenoid.

I run a single Autronic boost solenoid with a MoTeC M800 controlling it, and its totally fine.

External gate is in the pipeline to help with boost control also

For those who are quick to bag bleeders to death,

Get on the Skylines Australia forums and search for threads about bleed valves.

Theres a massive thread where one of the guys made his own for 20 bucks, and works perfectly.

Food for thought.

Ive used both on both the Liberty, and also have both on the Cressida.

The Liberty was all over the show with the bleed, with the blitz ebc its perfect.
The Cressida had no issue with either. Even with no control it held boost perfectly at the stock level obviously.
