Walbro is okay... but from what I keep hearing, they have long term reliability issues.
Personally I think the extra effort required to fit a bosch pump is well worth it.

German Quality!!!! (made in the Czech republic )

the pump in those pics is a 910..with an 044 you have to cut more off the pickup as it needs a threaded fitting below.

Andy is right....044 needs threaded fittings either side, 984 needs threaded fitting on the output side, and a 910 needs no threaded fittings because its barbed.

Those photos are great, thanks Mister Two...

Bosch pump shits all over Walbro, hands down...dont ever let anyone tell you ANY different. Ask me how I know, my Walbro left me stranded in the hills, and on the side of Roe Hwy in a 2nd incident on the same day. Few people with similar issues, and please dont get me started on the whole Walbro saga on NASIOC forums.

I sell Bosch pumps, but I have no problem with anyone here buying them from eBay to save a few dollars.

P.S. DO NOT TRY AND FIT AN 040 IN A SUBARU. THEY DO NOT WORK CORRECTLY. If you want a Bosch pump, get a standard body Bosch pump with proper inlet and outlets, not an open bottom Bosch pump.
