Default Exhaust Drone - Sound Deadening

Hey guys,

Put an exhaust on last week and it's a bit loud inside the car. Basically I don't want my girlfriend to notice so I booked in for some dynamats to be put in. I'm getting all four doors done, should I get the boot done as well? Should I put sound deadening anywhere else?

Thanx in advance.

Doing boot is more effective than doors but boot and doors is best.
Dynamat is heavy so you will need another round of performance mods soon after.
Put in a centre section exhaust resonator if you don’t have one ( I have a spare), a full centre muffler is good but the size will reduce ground clearance.

(Passenger, you deliberately put in that noisy exhaust to reduce conversation. Driver “What?”)

Prety sure Rexilla put a Gonzo hot dog or something in his to quieten his down a bit.
Other way may be a 2.5" muffler, my APS muffler ain't too loud and does not drone with the rest of the RMS zorst....

Put a resonator in, it'll remove the droning.

Wont that involve cutting the exhaust?
