Don't have one You use whatever you want

Personally I'm happy with the way the Fuchs stuff performs, but thats about as far as I'll go before it starts sounding like a promo

Alex, you guys put the Fuchs in my gearbox a short while ago, and so far I'm very impressed. (I had reservations about paying over the $100 mark for about 4L of oil...)

Mine was the 92 Liberty GX, with gearbox that crunched everytime when downshifting to 2nd unless waiting ages for the synchroes to catch up...

On the way home it crunched on one shift, I think the oil was still working through the box. Now though she never crunches, box runs just as smooth as before, but now I can use it normally without having to baby every downshift. It has given new life to a gearbox that is quite likely on its way out, and I'm very happy with it.

Pictures say a thousand words don't they Alex, not only does it fuk bearings and block oil galleries, but it contains mercury, do u know wot mercury does to metal, eats it apparently, i dunno, i failed science and maths and english

I put smurf poo in my RB20 box(yeah i know its not a shitty rex box, but boxes are boxes) after i smashed it pritty bad down at collie one time and thought, yeah she's on her way out so i put smurf poo in just to save its life alittle bit longer(like geoff said, its a bandaid and it needs to come off) till i could get a new box. Well 2 weeks later it wouldn't return from 5th to neutral position so dropped that poo out and got some supa doopa motul from Abdus and fixed it right up till i sold it.

...not to mention that Redline USA do NOT recommend LWSP for syncro boxes...

Ok,,, now I'm getting confused and worried. I had just had some Redline put in the box and diff bout 2 weeks ago. Changes seem smooth and doesnt seem any problems as yet. Looking at these posts I'm wondering if I should remove it and change to another.
Would this seem a bit over the top or would it be recommended?

MY02 model, travels about 8K a year.

change it in 10,000 k's it'll be fine
i ran it in my 6 speed for 60,000 k's changed every 10,000 i dont' think it has time to goop up with those intervals

i change to the motul and i felt the motul is a better oil

i will be using motul in the new box for sure
