Hey guys its been a while since my last post. I have a problem. When I put the foot down sometimes the car seems to cut out. Its like when you hit the rev limiter at 7000. It has happened on several occasions and I just put it down to the rev limiter kicking in and on some occasions I have looked down and the tacho is close to the 7000 grand. But on occasions I have looked down and its doing it a 5000.

My mods include VF34, Ecutek 2, 3 inch exhaust and Walbro Fuel pump. Am I having insufficent fuel delivery problems or something more drastic

jus went through this
(best way to is to book it in on a dyno)
first, check fuel pressure, see if it goes down when u experience the cut..

if u do check the pump, sock, fuel filter may be blocked, or a line blockage (unlickely)

Just had basically the same thing (i think) happen on my car, Leigh gave it a fettle and it came up good again, i believe he said it was the knock sensor, but might have just been one contibuting factor to the problems my car had, long story short, get it looked at by someone

might be a oxy sensor... sounds like it or a fuel prob

sounds like fuel/injector hard cut to prevent an overboost condition - maybe in the tune?

i had surge problems that turned out to be a el cheapo filter
