Steel is a metal alloy whose major component is iron, with carbon content between 0.02% and 1.7% by weight.
Stainless steel (inox) is defined as a ferrous alloy with a minimum of 10% chromium content. Stainless steel does not stain, corrode or rust as easily as ordinary steel. Titanium is a chemical element in the periodic table that has the symbol Ti and atomic number 22. It is a light, strong, lustrous, corrosion-resistant transition metal with a white-silvery-metallic color. Titanium exhausts weigh less and cost more, stainless steel weighs more and costs somewhere in the middle, and mild steel costs less and weighs a lot also. Mild steel gives a deeper note, stainless steel a more aggressive note, and titanium an even louder, more aggressive note. |

Proper jap full titanium exhausts cost like $3500! |
