Default Where to get clutch kit?

As it says...

I need a clutch kit for a 2005 wrx...soon!

I drive hard on the street, my budget is $800

I'd try and spend more but unsure if keeping the car for 1 year or 5.

Quoted on 2500 pound organic at $795 am I going to get it for much less?

Thanks for the help in advance.

he told me that the clutch will hold out under severe power loads,

you will notice the increase in clamping force as soon as you drive it.

I looked like an idiot driving out of the workshop, wasnt used to it.........

It clamps really well, launches are wicked now...........

Seriously..... read this excellent explanation on clutches by BALISTC...

http://www.perth-wrx.com/vb/showthre...ghlight=clutch

And when you have an understanding of clutches read this.....

http://www.perth-wrx.com/vb/showthre...hlight=organic

It should provide you with all you need to know period.

jamie, you are the search king!

Exedy Clutch are pretty good. A full clutch kit will usually cost around the $600-700 region depending on what you get, and will include all the bits you need, spigot bearing, etc. Re-surfaced clutch can be cheaper, and cost around $400 odd but not worth the hassle if you got the spare 200-300.
