The albany esplanade is totally awesome.

(However it may have closed down, I just have this feeling it did. I have not been to Albany since 01, I should really get back there, it's a great place)

hotel le grande is nice, or try Banksia Gardens on Albany Hwy.
Im heading down next weekend, so might see you round.
Country manor is good for a 1 nighter.

Yep, it has closed. most of it has already been torn down, apart from the main building itself.
New flash hotel and pub to be built.
