Default Personal Trainers

Hey all..

Looking for a PT.. My fitness is shit.. Im on a weightloss program (my own counting calories.. Im down 17kgs since the start of the year) but i have kinda hit a walll..

I need motorvation and help to train..

My goal is not so much to lose weight but moreso to get fit enough to pass the police physical exam. There is only a couple of areas which really concern me.

They are the 1 totally unassisted situp.. as well I am currently shit at it.

And the Shuttle run which I have to obtain a level of 10.1

Im trying to start running.. Having never run in my life its not working very well.. Basically run 60 seconds walk 60 seconds etc trying to increase the running and decrease the walking.. I go for as long as I can before it becomes almost impossible to suck air in. Then I walk home to cool down.

If there is a PT around the ballajura area that is interested in some work Im interested in hearing from you. If anyone has some suggestions I would love to hear them to..

Regards
Scott

Hey Scotty,
Good work so far man 17kg's huge result. Get yourself a copy of the shuttle run test and find somewhere to run it regularly. Running in general will help but better to actually run the test.

Would offer to train with you mate but just don't have time with work and won't for quite some time to come.

Good luck though man. If want any info happy for you to bounce questions my way.
Cheers!!

join a footy club or something mate just for the pre-season. much easier to run with other bodies than on your own. help push you along...plus all clubs would have started now and all doin plenty of running. we started 3 weeks ago and since ive lost nearly 5 kegs.
