There are Photoshop versions out that you will be able to download. Plenty of people in Europe that i know of have upgraded to Vista with no problem working Photoshop.

Im not liking vista, its slow, Im on a 5000+ dual core. With 2gb of ram. High end video card. And it seems to run slow. Think ill be switching back to linux very soon.
