You dont lose demerits you gain them.

As a P plater to lose you licence you need to gain 12 to lose it just like the rest of us. Should you gain more than 12 say 15.. When you get your licence back after your suspension you will already have 3 demerits on it.

i've given up telling people this cause they never believe me!! its good to hear it from some one else!
