Ironically, just reading the Shell V-Power launch promo letter i noticed that the motor show is returning this year after a brief hiatus.

August 19 - 21 At The PCEC.

Hopefully they have revamped the show making it better than the last one.

The show will be rubbish and there is no garantee that it is even going ahead yet as several of the major manufacturers have not committed.

Did anyone end up going to this?

it was ok. alot of the major manufactuers weren't there which sucked but all in all for $25, it was a good way to spend a couple of hours lookin at nice cars and watchin the bogans all sit in the HSV's lol

Always a bit of a let down this, went on Saturday, it was packed, line about 20m long just for tickets.

Scored a couple of nice books from the Pitstop Bookshop stand, one a coffee table book: The Rallying Imprezas
Read it from cover to cover in about 4 hours. Nice pic's

The Ferrari F10 Formula 1 "car" was a joke. Might as well have been made from paper mache.

Just to rub it in. The Melbourne/Australian car show was awesome, porsche had a car of every model within their range. Maserati, jag, bentley, konigsegg, Lamborghini had three different ones. It was huge.
Sorry for some of the spelling,

Yeah, I took my young fella there yesterday, was stupidly busy and couldnt get a view of any of the "highlight" cars. Bumblebee was suppose to be there all I saw was a yellow camaro. So disapointing... ah well
