Yeah its alright, but when you get a chicken shnitzel and its red raw because your cook works for ESS and is an incompetent retard, makes you want to cry. Work a 10 hour day, go to the gym for 1 1/2 hours then go for dinner and end up hungry because your food is shizen is a real pain. Camp life is all the same lol.

Just makes getting home that little better. And getting paid phat cash as a 20 year old is alright aswel

Ahh the age old question. Dude, been trying for 12months. Still no luck. Fire emails to everyone and anyone. Ask the right people. One day....

777's and bigger are the best. Get a good digger operator to drop a massive rock towards the rear of the tray and go up a ramp out of the pit. Get some massive mono's going yeaboi. And on the way down it's full retarder slides FTW. Same goes for the big watercarts. Nearly as much fun as bouncing a 657 Scraper off the pit floor after you've come down the batters at full piss on both motors, or leaning a twin stack D10 past 55 degrees 10+ metres up a batter just to watch the boss shit bricks. No wonder they made me 2IC on night shift, too many machines were being broken cause I got bored

Go to RMS and get a HR license through them, you will driving a truck within a month after getting your HR then its a few more months of on the job training (driving rigs like the one posted above). Once your up there get in with the firm running the mine and fuck RMS off.

My mate started like that about 2 years ago, He now works for Rio Tinto, he is fully trained as a modular operater, but has given that up now as modular is done from Perth now and is less pay. He is now driving a Massive Loader, he loves it. He is starting with FMG soon as Modular operator at cloudbreak whenever they get moving? Check out FMG website heaps of jobs advertised there.
