I just did it. Actually I did it properly and I think I made some good suggestions.

My suggestion:

A government rebate of up to 80% for people who participate in advanced driver training courses. And a 100% rebate for new P-Platers who participate in advanced driver training courses. With perhaps some kind of reward for people who perform well at the driver training course. The reward could be reduced insurance premiums and reduced licence and registration fees.

I had the same thing down, except it was for all drivers who maintain a good record. Along with anual safety checks for cars, ad campaigns regarding traffic flow, increased highway speeds, more cycle paths, more blackspot funding, etc. I had about 15, cant remember em all now lol
