Thumbs up Saving $$$ on petrol

Found out recently that you can get 4 cents per litre off fuel for purchasing groceries worth over $25 at Dewsons and Supa Valu.

They offer 4 cents per litre off most mobil and selected BP. (Thats right BP!!! = Slightly cheaper 98RON)

Here's a link to a list of the locations:

or to the map:

Filling a 55 dollar tank saves you around $2.20 with one of those vouchers, so if you already shop at those supermarkets, thats fine...but if you go there just to get the fuel voucher, your probably losing money because independent grocers are always that tiny bit more expensive than Coles/Action/Woolies.

Last time I checked, the BP that was closest to me that was participating was exactly 4 cents per more expensive than another BP in the same area.... Savings..... not!

I never shopped at Supa Valu or dewsons, have a friend that works there and conveniently forgets to give reciepts to customers. I have about 5 left to use that he gave me. It's just an advantage if you do shop there. Not saying you have to go there and spend $25 or more just to get cheaper petrol, just gives people more options.
