This series has been out for at least 2 years. I own the whole series (i think its only 9 one hour episodes) on DVD. I bought it when i worked in America on the cruise ship casinos a couple of of years back. It is made by ESPN and has the same writers as their old series PLAYMAKERS which was about the NFL.

I agree though if you do like poker it is worth a watch. I have probably watched the whole series 15 times since i purchased it and cant get enough of it. For those poker fans out there like me (shold be considering i work for the Australian poker League) keep your eyes out for a movie called "DEAL" which should be hitting cinemas soon!

yes it has been out for a long time, came out in 2003 in the USA when I lived there but it has not been shown here so I thought I would let members know.
