Order supreme - remove all the veges (then add meat or whatever)
Order Godfather - remove veges (add chicken or something on to make it eatable)

Total should come to $6.95
Add some sides onto the order to bring it up over the $15 delievery limit and pay by credit card. (Once they've taken the money its legally binding so they can't reneg on it)
