Thought I would make a thread to post all the hoon articles we so often link to, save making a new thread every third day.

What gets me is the girl doing 51km over the limit on the freeway at 1am in the morning gets the Headline, but the bloke doing 196km in a 110km at 6:30pm on a friday arvo gets shoved into a paragraph at the end of the article...

My guess is the reporters trying to highlight women are hoons too..

On a side note, not sure if anyone has seen the SGIO (i think) ad that says women get cheaper insurance, because they are safer drivers. I would like to do a test.

51 over the limit on the freeway at anytime is just plain silly. Come on people you drive from 1 end to the other you will usualy go past 2 cameras.

Who gives a shit if it is SAFE or not it is just asking to loose your licence. Pick your time and place. Major arterial roads are poor odds places to open it up.

196. Lets be honest probably more than 50% of people on this forum have been there but FFS 6:30 on any afternoon is just asking to be done with the blunt end of an entire box of unbuttered pinapples.

Na, we had another training session the other day just showing the level of claims vrs age sex ect.. alot of people might be happy to know that in our new price re-rate u may find that younger drivers are going to be getting a discount

Hahahaha i used to get around in one of these years ago (Holden Nova). Thats an awesome effort, they max out at 162, and it takes a fuck load of time to get there too.

yeah that would be nice, the only thing that young drivers get is if they have not lost any demerits whilst on P plates they get their drivers licence free for 1 year!
