Iv been noticing a trend.

On most news websites like www.perthnow.com.au they have there storys that people can add there comments about the artical.

What i have noticed is that a kid can get killed or tamperd with or worse and you will only get a few comments.

Once a "Hoon" artical is put up there are sooooo many replies saying "crush there car" , "hope they die in the crash by fire" etc

Although i dont advise "Hooning" i do realise that most the road toll is made up of the age of the cry babys on the site bieng keyboard warriors lol.

Look on rate the plate.

Very few people posting but the ones that are would have been the first to join a vigilanty squad in western times.

The ones with scores around 70 after just a few months are trying just a tad to hard if you ask me.

It all makes me laugh.

The media has created this massive 'hoon' problem and so everything automotive related is about 'hoons'.

Now if you drive anything slightly noisy, sporty or the like, BAM you are a hoon. I'd like to place a bet that most of the 'hoon' stories are not in the modified cars they personify as hoon mobiles.

Everyone is quick to point fingers without the whole story. The headline 'Losers try to evade police' doesn't work as well for them as 'Hoons drive without headlights at 200kmh'. Maybe there is a reason they ran from the police which isn't being reported (I always love The Sunday Times for that - report what they want, not the whole story).

Anyhoo, replying to these idiots who want cars crushed etc just reinforces that they are doing the right thing. Wouldn't surprise me if these tools are the ones that sit at 70kmh on the freeway to save lives.

Goes to show they no nothing about what they are talkin about...

odd. most of the "hoon" cars i have see are stock standard 10+ yearold commodores
