City Beach is pretty good location.

It has hotplates, huge carpark that is within 20m and in full view from the picnic tables and bbqs so you can keep an eye on your cars. And it doesnt attract dickheads. Mostly familys at city beach so its safe to park the cars without fear of scratches/dents. Young arseholes usually go Scarborough and Cottesloe.

Its also a pretty central location so it makes it easy for everyone to get to.
