You could have been driving to suit the conditions and given way to the oncoming 'fast car'.

initial post was more along the lines of - 'Hoon Laws' need to be addressed as they are way toooooo harsh on honest situations. i say ban the fuckers who think its cool to do burnouts in front of peoples homes etc.

FYI - speaking to a respected policeman yesterday he said & i quote 'some of those traffic police have no people skills & also they loose the big picture on what we are trying to achieve with our laws'
