iv never been alergic to anything, i dont think id have a problem
Im more concerned about the amount of carbs/fat per day - i dont want to end up a fat cunt. I train 45 min at the gym - intensive. mostly heavy til break point on the last set. |

wasnt an allergy just an effect of too many amino's
keep up the cardio and you wount end up fat - If you have a tendancy to put on weight then I'd run (which I think you mentioned you do) 2 - 3 times a week or even swim on your recovery days which I found great when I was "keen" about my training.
