Default Body Supplements - Fitness/Muscle

Have been weights training with a partner 4 days a week for the past 3 weeks now,
I currently only take:

1x mens multi-vitamin(with tribulis) each morning
1x post workout whey protein shake

The obvious additional supplements would be to take creatine and BCAA's.
Im actually planning on buying BCAA's very soon.

What other supplements are ppl using/used with good gains?
There is alot of crap out on the net so not sure whats the G.O.

ZMA's?
HGH
Glutamine's
etc etc
Flax Seed oil
Fish oils
???
???????

I dont think cranking out the supplements so early will do anything coz im sure i can grow naturally in the time being- so im laying off buying the creatine n shit till after a few months.
Iv been eating 5 times a day (3 main meals) + 1 incl shake, no set diet as yet - but im eating alot of carbs in the morning (cereal or oats) - then more meaty - protein stuff during the arvo/night(steaks, chicken/vegies).

btw..My weight is ~90kg, im 6'2 Im not sure what my bodyfat % is but i think i got alot haha. id like to add at least 10kg of mass(muscle?) by 12 weeks time,
My goal then would be to cut in time for my euro holiday

i been at the gym lately as well... gettin in shape for summer

there is a endless ammount of supplements you can take and it really depends on your metabolism. I cant all that much (3 meals) and cant gain weight..

I been taking both protein and weight gain.

-Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard
-BSN True Mass

However i do alot of cardio as well. i am seeing differences already

*i would not recommend creatine

why wouldnt you recommend creatine? just wondering? aslong as you havnt got a kidney problem already its not dangerous from what ive read, you body produces creatine naturally and its in meat. Be Carfull of some gainers too cos there carbs are in the form of sugar which isnt really the best just be carfull otherwise you will put too much fat on

No-Xplode. Best pre-training supp on the market IMHO.

Has creatine in it, plus it gives you an energy boost also to help you train harder, and it gives you great pump and vascularity.

yer No Explode is good agree, it isnt really a Creatine product though only has like 5grams in it? so u might wanna take some more creatine aswell, it gives you good energy though! just dont buy blue berry flavour tastes like ass!!! protein is like the most important thing to building muscles, maybe you were taking like 1 or 2 protein shakes but werent eating enough? then they would do fuck all.
