i cant see ehat hes done wrong.

sure he wanted to hit the bloke. so do i when i get repeatly cut off, tail gated or subjected to poor driving skills and road choices by fellow drivers.

i believe if we cant approach a fellow motorist and ask 'why are you tailgating me?' or 'have you read the australian road laws?' there is a bigger problem than just a tailgater.

its about being held accountable for your actions. im yet to see myself ot hear 3rd had of a copper pulling people over for poor descision making and giving them a reminder of their obligations.

i think we all need to get of our respective horses, acknowledge that the OP was an angry post and not fluent. Instead lets discuss alternative way to display or displeasure at fellow motorists.

i personally want a LED sign on my back windows with;

thank you - for when they let me infront in during rush hour(s)
slow down - to flash at idiots roaring past
stop tailgating, ya idiot - for those near miss occations

Green Honda Civic '01 sedan, stock rims...tailgate me then don't back it up....weak sh*t...was ready to rumble with you and who ever you had in the car.

I already have trouble with v6 and v8's trying to drag me in my daily driver...but when I pull up in my sti, they don't want anything to do with me...so typical

Id like to focus on this particular sentence in your "story" and say that you don't deserve to drive on the road mate...

If you are going to drink & drive... and then do something as aggressive as you say you did after you have had someone driving a little closer to your rear bumper than you'd like... you shouldnt have a license... Sorry

getting out of the car in a threatening manner was enough i reckon, thats road rage, and thats a hoon law offence now & you'd have your car taken & loss of lic for 6 months. then they would have breath tested you & found you'd "had a few drinks" and hopefully you'd be in the lockup copping aids from some big black dude.

Im with you five8, i'd fakin take out my baseball bat and smash his car...the fakin c*nt, nobody drives behind me. If that doesn't teach him I'd fakin open up the door and smash him with the baseball bat, drag him outside and smash him some more, that might stop him from driving ever again...fakin c*nt...

i also hate bike riders that push in front of me at the lights...baseball bat at them as well, fakin show them what it means "to share the road" and dont fakin get me started on those people who order shit loads of food at Maccas drive thrus....fakin c*nts make me wait!!!!!

In the rex tailgaters are fun

slow right down - really slow

when they change lanes to overtake - decide to test how fast the rex will accelerate

normally leaves them sitting on their own looking silly

BTW - tailgating is illegal and I know people that have been fined for it!
