Going to Manila next week and have a few days spare to look around. Any one from there or been there before? Would like a few hints on what to do or what to see?

Dad is off there tomorrow to interview some people for work here. It is an absolute shit hole. Massive polution. If you are going for a holiday you would be better off going somewhere a little more exotic. My understanding is that it is not tourist orientated at all.

i agree it is a pretty dodgy place.
im off to the phillipnes in september but for surfing,. sriagao is the place to be.
about a days travel from manilla. 2 planes and a ferry later.

just buy a bb gun and make some fun in the hotel.

Its not for holidays but work. It happens to be that i will have wednesday and thursday free. So no good sights to see??or girls to see??

becareful as girls may be boys , check the goods before you buy

Could visit "hobbit house". a bar ran by dwarfs. Hours of drunken entertainment right there

That is almost enough of a reason for me to go there, make sure you take photos.
